Where do we deliver? How is it transported?

Our delivery service is via refrigerated courier service we do not deliver the products ourselves, they service the eastern coastline & southern side of Australia. Major cities such as Sydney, Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Brisbane & Sunshine Coast can definitely be serviced.

Some outer suburbs and regional areas cannot be serviced via cold courier however we do have a non refrigerated company that deliver to majority of towns across the eastern & southern side of Australia, if the delivery calculator says we can’t deliver to you please contact us as we could possibly use the other courier company.

How are the products sent?

Majority of our products are send FROZEN to ensure the quality of our products. Some meats such as beef and kangaroo can be sent fresh depending on your location, please state in check out if you would prefer fresh however this is not guaranteed.

Please use our delivery estimator to see if we can deliver to your area, if we don’t please do send an enquiry as we may have other courier options for your area.

Is there a cut off time?

Yes, each week our cut ofd day is Wednesday midnight, have your order in by then and you will definitely receive your order the following week. Orders placed after midnight Wednesday’s are not guaranteed for delivery the coming week, to ensure you do not miss out place your order before the cut off each week.
